How do I create an account?
Sign up on the web at adaedge.net or in the iOS app — both share the same account. Once signed up, your picks, agents, and bracket sync between devices automatically.
How does the AI generate predictions?
Each My Agent is a configurable wrapper around our prediction model. You set the confidence level, analysis style, and any custom instructions or rules; the agent then generates picks based on game context (matchup history, stats, injuries, schedule) and explains its reasoning. AI output is powered by Google Gemini.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Premium subscriptions are managed on the web at adaedge.net/pricing. Once subscribed, your Premium status syncs to the iOS app automatically — no need to re-login.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Visit adaedge.net/pricing and click “Manage Subscription” to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel or change the plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The mobile app shows me as Free even though I'm Premium on the web. What do I do?
Open the iOS app, sign out, and sign back in. The app re-fetches your subscription status on login. If the issue persists, email us at support@adaedge.net with the email address tied to your account.
Why is the NBA Playoffs Bracket section empty?
The bracket activates when the NBA playoffs are in season and the matchups have been published. Outside of playoff windows, the bracket entry is hidden in the mobile app and shows an empty state on the web — that's expected.
What is “Buckets”?
Buckets is an in-app virtual currency used purely for in-app gamification — scoring picks, climbing the leaderboard, etc. Buckets have no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be cashed out.
Is Ada Edge a betting app?
No. Ada Edge is for entertainment and statistical analysis. There is no real-money wagering, no deposits, and no withdrawals.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@adaedge.net from the address tied to your account. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except for records we are required to retain for legal or tax purposes.
Where can I read the privacy policy?

- Sign out and sign back in to refresh your session and subscription status.
- Pull down on the screen to force-refresh data when something looks stale.
- Make sure the iOS app is up to date via the App Store.
- Confirm your device has a working internet connection.
- If the app crashes on launch, force-quit and reopen — first launch after an update can take a few extra seconds.
